More efficient enforcement in Vlissingen due to Brickyard’s camera technology

vlissingen

From April 1st to October 1st, the Boulevards Evertsen and Bankert in Vlissingen will only be accessible to motorized traffic between 08:00 and 12:00. Outside these hours, license plate recognition cameras will be used to regulate access. This innovative technology, supplied by Brickyard, helps the municipality of Vlissingen to enforce more efficiently. Vehicles without an exemption are automatically detected, whereafter a warning or fine is sent by an enforcement officer, after assessing the images.

On Boulevard de Ruyter, an enforcement officer will be deployed to control access.

With these measures, Vlissingen strives for a safe and quiet environment for residents and visitors during the busy summer months. Brickyard is proud to contribute to this with our advanced camera solutions.
