Brickyard takes over Elpar
Brickyard has taken over Elpar from Brabant, which was declared bankrupt on March 18, 2020. The acquisition concerns, among other things, the assets, a number of domain names (including Elpar.nl), the intellectual property of the software for the Elpar B.V. website. and some customer databases. The purchase agreement between Brickyard B.V. and the curator is completed.
